Pets are part of the family and often when they die they leave huge holes in our lives.
Being responsible for their wellbeing can mean that we often experience self doubt, guilt or anger after they die. Failure to deal with these emotions can lead to long term problems such as stuffing feelings down with wood or attempting to wash them away with alcohol, sleeping problems, depression or anxiety.
Grief is a natural process, but there are ways that you can be helped through it in a gentle and effective way.
I use a blend of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, coaching and grief counselling to help you say your most loving goodbye to your pet in a way that is right for you, without months of ordinary counselling.
If you want help and support through this difficult time book a free initial consultation to see if I can help you through this process. While you are thinking about it there may be some information on my social media that can help.
All sessions are conducted remotely,
usually by Zoom of Facebook Messenger.
I am based in the UK and subject to UK jurisdiction.
